How to find out the time apache was last restarted in UBUNTU?

This is pretty simple to find.
/var/log/apache2# cat error.log|grep resuming
You will find something like - 
[Sun Nov 09 06:36:42 2014] [notice] 
 Apache/2.2.14 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.3.2-1ubuntu4.27 with 
Suhosin-Patch configured -- resuming normal operations
